Dozens of Terrorists Eliminated in Khan Yunis in Last 24 Hours

In the last 24 hours, IDF forces eliminated over 40 terrorists in Khan Yunis, including four who advanced towards them with tank fire. Additionally, weapons, explosive devices, and other military equipment were discovered.

The war in Gaza: IDF forces eliminated about 40 terrorists in the last 24 hours in the Khan Yunis area and also discovered and seized dozens of weapons and military equipment.

According to the IDF spokesperson, Egoz Unit fighters intentionally raided a terrorist's house, discovering ten grenades, mostly of Kalashnikov type, military equipment, and technological devices.

In the Khan Yunis area, warehouses containing grenades, rifles of Kalashnikov type, and maps were also located by the forces. Additionally, combat teams from the 7th Division eliminated four terrorists who advanced toward them using tank fire.

In the northern part of the Strip, the combat team of the 5th Division eliminated two armed terrorists who were positioned in an ambush against our forces.

Additionally, airstrikes were carried out, using aerial assets that attacked and neutralized armed terrorists posing a threat to the forces, some of whom were operating near a school in the neighborhood.

Furthermore, in the Sabra neighborhood area, combat teams from the 179th Division discovered anti-tank mines, RPG launchers, military equipment, and technological devices.

In an operation in the northern part of the Strip, the artillery unit of the Yiftach (11th) Brigade identified terrorists immobilizing a vehicle and entering a structure known to be associated with Islamic Jihad activity. Shortly after, when one of the terrorists exited the building, an aerial asset from the Air Force targeted and neutralized the terrorist. Subsequently, shots were fired toward the vehicle, and the resulting explosion indicated the vehicle was a booby-trapped car.
