80-Year-Old Woman Killed, 18 Others Injured in the Attack in Ra'anana

An attack in Ra'anana. An Arab stabbed a female driver and stole her car, drove it into pedestrians, then seized another vehicle and ran over more people. An 80-year-old woman was killed, and 18 others, including 2 in critical condition, were injured.

Attack in Ra'anana: An 80-year-old woman was killed, and around 18 people, two of them in critical condition, were injured in a combined stabbing and vehicular attack in multiple locations across the city, on HaHaroshet Street and Ahuza Street.

An Arab Terrorist stabbed several people on HaHaroshet Street, injuring three individuals, one in critical condition and two in serious condition. Subsequently, the terrorist drove a car, knocking down and hitting pedestrians on Ahuza Street. When the vehicle stopped, he took over another vehicle and fled. A manhunt is now underway for him.

The police reported: "The suspect in question appears to be involved in an ongoing incident where he switched three vehicles during the course of the event. The suspect, a resident of Hebron, is in custody! Central district police are scanning the area and its surroundings to eliminate any further suspicion. The current assessment is that it is a terrorist attack."

Magen David Adom (MDA) reported: "MDA paramedics are providing medical treatment and transferring to hospitals 18 injured individuals, including an 80-year-old woman in critical condition, a 34-year-old man, and a 16-year-old youth in serious condition, with injuries to the head and body. Eight others are in moderate condition, and three are in light condition."
