Israel at war, day 100.

Unusual Incident in the North - IDF forces identify and eliminate four infiltrators in the Mount Dov region (what Hezbollah call the Shebaa Farms). This marks the first time since the first week of the war that infiltrators breached Israel's territory, reminiscent of the initial incursion by terrorists in the Western sector.

IDF spokesperson reported this morning that "earlier tonight, an IDF patrol in the Mount Dov region encountered a group of infiltrators crossing from Lebanon into Israeli territory. The force engaged in direct contact, resulting in the elimination of four infiltrators. During the confrontation, the IDF conducted artillery and mortar fire in the area."
