Watch the Debate: South Africa vs. Israel at the Hague Tribunal

The Hague Court of Justice holds the first hearing on South Africa's claims against Israel for committing "Genocide" in the Gaza Strip.

The hearing at the International Court of Justice in The Hague has begun, and now South Africa, which has filed the case against Israel with the court, will present all of its claims regarding the accusation that it hurled at Israel that it is committing "genocide" against the residents of Gaza.

The first hearing will deal entirely with the South African lawsuit, and during today's hearing, they will hear about South Africa's initial claims and evidence against Israel, which are mostly based on the statements of Israeli government officials, and the claims of parties with distinct anti-Israeli tendencies. The court will also be presented with the petition of the Israeli extreme left who joined the call of South Africa.
