IDF Publishes Names of 5 Soldiers Who Fell in the Gaza Strip

Israel at war. The names of five IDF fallen soldiers whose families were notified were released for publication.

Master sergeant (res.) Amit Moshe Shahar z"l, 25 years old, from Kibbutz Ramat Yohanan, a soldier in the Yahalom Unit, Combat Engineering Corps, fell in battle in the center of the Gaza Strip.

Captain (res.) Denis Krokhmalov Veksler z"l, 32 years old, from Be'er Sheva, a combat engineering officer in the Yahalom Unit, the Combat Engineering Corps, was killed in battle in the center of the Gaza Strip.

Captain (res.) Ron Efrimi z"l, 26 years old, from Hod HaSharon, a combat engineering officer in the Yahalom Unit, Combat Engineering Corps, was killed in battle in the center of the Gaza Strip.

Master sergeant (res.) Roi Avraham Maimon z"l, 24 years old, from Afula, a combat paramedic in the Yahalom Unit, Combat Engineering Corps, fell in battle in the center of the Gaza Strip.

Sergeant Major (res.) Akiva Yasinskiy z"l, 35 years old, from Ramat Gan, a fighter in the 8173rd Engineering Battalion, the 'Etzioni' (6th) Brigade, fell in battle in the center of the Gaza Strip.

This brought the number of IDF martyrs since the beginning of the war to 519. May their memory be blessed.

Sergeant Roi Tal z"l, 19 years old, from Kfar Yehoshua, a soldier in the 94th Battalion, Kfir Brigade, fell in battle in the southern Gaza Strip.

Sgt. First-Class (res.) David Schwartz z"l, 26 years old, from Elazar, a soldier in the 8219th Engineering Battalion, 551st Brigade, fell in battle in the south of the Gaza Strip.

Sgt. First-Class (res.) Yakir Hexter z"l, 26 years old, from Jerusalem, a soldier in the 8219th Engineering Battalion, 551st Brigade, fell in battle in the southern Gaza Strip.

Sgt. First-Class (res.) Gavriel Bloom z"l, 27 years old, from Beit Shemesh, a soldier in the divisional engineering team of the 36th division, fell in battle in the center of the Gaza Strip.
