Soleimani was the commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard and the mastermind and organizer of the Shiite regime's terror network across the Middle East – from Iran to Hezbollah in Lebanon, the Houthis in Yemen, and various other extremist Muslim factions in the Arab world. It is not unlikely that Hamas's attacks on communities in the Gaza periphery were a result of his planning.

He was assassinated by the Trump administration exactly four years ago while traveling in his car near Baghdad International Airport. Since then, the day of his death has become a symbol of the Iranian regime's defiance in its war against the Western world and Israel.
