Over the past few days, Air Force planes have dropped about 7 tons of logistical supplies for hundreds of commando fighters fighting these days in the Khan Yunis sector in the southern Gaza Strip.

In a joint operation with the Technology and Logistics Division and the Airborne Supply Unit of the High Altitude Brigade, resupply was carried out using an air force plane of the Lockheed Martin C-130J Super Hercules type of squadron 103. to the destination This is the first operational use of this system, and the first operational airdrop carried out since the Second Lebanon War.

One of the operational capabilities unique to the 98th Division is the ability to be independent, in situations where it is not possible to send supplies on the ground. All the wings practiced the use of the system together to achieve accurate parachute delivery capability.
