Smotrich blesses: will bring an end to the suffering and pain of the nations

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich commented this morning (Tuesday) on an article published by Knesset members Ram Ben Barak and Danny Danon in which they called for the voluntary evacuation of the residents of Gaza and their absorption by the countries of the world.

In a statement issued by Smotrich, he wrote, "I welcome the initiative of the voluntary evacuation of Gaza's Arabs to the countries of the world. This is the right humanitarian solution for the residents of Gaza and the entire region after 75 years of refugees, poverty, and dangers," it said.

He also stated that "most of the population of Gaza is the fourth and fifth generation of the 48 refugees, who instead of being rehabilitated a long time ago on a personal and human basis like hundreds of millions of refugees all over the world, were held hostage in Gaza in poverty and overcrowding and were a symbol of the desire to destroy the State of Israel and return the refugees to Jaffa, Haifa, Acre and Tiberias".

According to him, "This is also the reason for the intense hatred on the knees of which the population of Gaza grows up and is educated towards the State of Israel and the Jews, a hatred that only it can explain the cruelty of the terrible promise made by Hamas-ISIS to the citizens of Israel as if the State of Israel was the source of all their miseries, and in any case the solution lies in its destruction."

We can no longer accept the existence of an independent entity in Gaza

Smotrich noted that there is no future for the existence of an independent entity within the Gaza Strip. "A cell with a small area like the Gaza Strip, without natural resources and independent sources of livelihood, has no chance to exist independently, economically and politically, in such a high density over time," he explained.

He further added, "For this reason, the acceptance of the refugees by the countries of the world that truly want their best interests, with the support and generous financial assistance of the international community, including the State of Israel, is the only solution that will bring an end to the suffering and pain of Jews and Arabs alike. The State of Israel will no longer be able to accept the existence of An independent entity in Gaza, which, as mentioned, is inherently based on hatred of Israel and the desire to destroy it."
