2 suspects were arrested for spraying  malicious graffiti and supporting terrorism

The police arrested two suspects who sprayed graffiti that contained malicious messages and support for terrorism in public places in Haifa. The two were recorded on the security cameras spraying the graffiti and fleeing, they were located after the police investigation.

A resident of Haifa and a resident of Sakhnin were arrested tonight (Sunday), on suspicion of spraying graffiti that contained hateful messages and support for terrorism in public places in the city of Haifa.

According to the police announcement, the investigation of the incident began yesterday, after hateful graffiti and support for terrorism were found on the walls of public buildings and pillars in the city of Haifa. The police investigators started an intensive investigation, which included the use of advanced measures, and succeeded in locating the identities of the suspects.

It was also said that the two, a resident of Haifa and a resident of Sakhnin in their 20s, were seen on the security cameras spraying the graffiti and fleeing. As mentioned, the two suspects were arrested for questioning at the Haifa station, at the end of which they were imprisoned, and the police intend today to ask the city's magistrates court to extend their detention.
