Tried to evade and was eliminated: documentation from the battles in Gaza

The IDF forces continue to fight in the north of the Gaza Strip, tonight large forces operated in the Al-Shati Camp, the fighters of the Givati Brigade Combat Team eliminated terrorists in several battles in the camp.

The IDF continues to deepen the fighting in the Gaza Strip. In the last day, the IDF began fighting significant forces inside the Shatti camp as part of cleaning the north of the Gaza Strip from the murderers of the Hamas organization.

During an encounter at the camp, IDF forces from the Nahal Brigade identified four terrorists near them in the area of the neighborhood. The forces directed a remote manned aircraft to the location that attacked three terrorists. The fourth terrorist began to flee through crowded alleys as the aircraft continued to chase him, after a short chase he was also eliminated.

In additional encounters, the fighters identified a terrorist cell that had barricaded itself in a house in the neighborhood, and posed a threat to the forces. The fighters eliminated the terrorists, shooting and targeting air force aircraft. Also, a fighter jet attacked a munitions warehouse in the building, after the 215th Brigade's attack complex detected the launch of an anti-tank missile from it.

In one of the battles, fighters of the Givati Brigade Combat Team identified a civilian population in the building, the forces allowed the civilians to evacuate through a secure axis. During the evacuation of the citizens, terrorists shot at the security forces. The fighters responded with fire in order to protect the evacuation axis with light fire and tank fire and eliminated the terrorists.
