The purpose of these operations is to improve our situation on the front lines and gather information on the issue of captives and missing soldiers."
The spokesperson revealed that yesterday, a captured and exhausted terrorist was apprehended on his way back to Gaza. He was captured and interrogated by Israeli security forces.
Regarding the events in the north, the spokesperson stated, "Israeli Air Force aircraft targeted Hezbollah's assets. The purpose of the attack is to disrupt Hezbollah's surveillance capabilities over Israeli territory. Any Hezbollah attack on Israeli territory will be met with a significant response from our side."
