Against the backdrop of Hamas's deadly terrorist attack and the fighting in the south, U.S. President Joe Biden arrived in Israel for a 5-hour visit during which he will meet with the President of the country, Isaac Herzog, and the Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu. Upon his arrival, President Herzog thanked him and said: "God bless you for protecting the nation of Israel."

Furthermore, Biden is expected to participate in a security cabinet meeting. It was also reported that the President will meet with emergency response teams in the Gaza periphery, families of the kidnapped, as well as the murdered and missing individuals.

The police: These are the traffic regulations in the shadow of the presidential visit

Following the arrival of the U.S. President, the Israel Police have released traffic arrangements. Highway 1 will be gradually closed to traffic from the Lod interchange to the LaGuardia interchange in both directions. This is in addition to roadblocks throughout the Tel Aviv district.

Furthermore, it has been reported that due to the changes in traffic arrangements, traffic congestion is expected at the roadblocks and road closures. It is important to follow the police instructions and stay attentive to updates that will be provided through the media. It is recommended for drivers to avoid these areas during the visiting hours and use alternative routes whenever possible.
