Hamas to NBC: We'll Free All Civilian Captives If Bombings Stopped

NBC reports that senior Hamas leaders stated a willingness to free civilian captives for an end to the bombing.

A senior Hamas source told NBC that the organization is willing to free the Israeli captives if the bombing of Gaza are stopped.

According to a special report by the American network which already reported a number of stories from among the Hamas ranks during the fighting, report that Hamas told their reporters that it “is willing to release all civilian hostages, foreigners and Israelis, if the strikes on Gaza stop.”

The message was delivered to senior journalist Richard Engel by what he described as a “s(enio)r Hamas leader.”
