The IDF and the Shin Bet Eliminated the Head of the Shura Council of Hamas

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) spokesperson announced this morning (Tuesday) that the head of the Hamas Shura Council in Gaza was killed, and the IDF targeted 200 terrorist infrastructures in the strip, including through the naval forces. In the northern sector, the Air Force attacked military targets of Hezbollah.

In a joint operation by the IDF and the Shin Bet, the head of the Hamas Shura Council in the Gaza Strip was assassinated.

This morning (Tuesday), it was reported that the IDF and the Shin Bet assassinated Osama Al-Muzaini, the head of the Hamas Shura Council in the Gaza Strip. As part of his activities, he was responsible for the prisoners' portfolio and terrorist operations against the state of Israel.

The IDF attacked 200 military terrorist infrastructures

The IDF spokesperson reported that during the past week, the IDF targeted over 200 military terrorist infrastructures of both Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) throughout the Gaza Strip. Fighter jets struck operational headquarters of the terrorist organizations in the Strip and eliminated terrorist operatives.

Additionally, the bank in the Gaza Strip used by the Hamas terrorist organization to finance terrorism was targeted, as well as several underground terrorist tunnels within the Gaza Strip.

In addition, in recent days, naval commandos targeted a number of military objectives of the Hamas terrorist organization through precise munitions, including operational headquarters in the center of the city of Gaza and warehouses containing combat equipment.

Attacks on Hezbollah in Lebanon

Furthermore, according to the IDF spokesperson, in the northern sector, this morning (Tuesday), the IDF targeted military objectives that were used for terrorist planning and the terrorist infrastructure of the Hezbollah organization in Lebanese territory, in response to the firing towards Israeli territory yesterday (Monday).

Yesterday, the IDF Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Herzi Halevi, sent a message to the soldiers in the war, strengthening their resolve and recounting the military achievements thus far. He stated, "We have struck at the enemy's infrastructure, its leadership, and its capabilities, inflicting heavy losses. We will pursue and reach him everywhere and strike with full force. We are determined and united in our mission to defend our homeland, ready for any scenario and in every arena. Before our eyes stands the unwavering commitment to defeat the enemy and restore security to our land in every place."
