Hezbollah continues to escalate the situation along the border and has fired a third anti-tank missile toward Israeli targets this morning.

An hour after the rocket was fired at workers in Shatula, killing one civilian and injuring three others, Hezbollah fired an anti-tank missile at an Israeli tank patrolling the northern border.

The IDF said: "An anti-tank missile was fired at an IDF force operating on the Lebanese border. In response, the IDF attacks military targets of the terrorist organization Hezbollah."

Following the shooting, an intrusion warning was announced in the Metula sector, they have since returned to normal routine.

The IDF's responses to Hezbollah's attacks are minor and measured. They include artillery fire into the area and targeting observation posts in the border areas.

In the past week, there have been 6 casualties from clashes between the IDF and Hezbollah on the northern border. Four officers and soldiers were killed in clashes at the beginning of the week, and another soldier was killed by an anti-tank missile in the Aramsha area. Now, this is the sixth casualty, as mentioned. A naval combatant was killed yesterday in a training accident during a mission off the coast of Lebanon.
