One of the Commanders of the Massacre was Eliminated, he was Released in the Shalit Deal

The IDF and Shin Bet (Israel's internal security service) announce that during the weekend, Ali Khati, the commander of Nukhba, Hamas' commando unit that led the deadly terrorist attack on communities in the Gaza periphery, was eliminated in an operation. He was released in a the Shalit prisoner exchange.

The war in the south. During Shabbat, the IDF and the Shin Bet killed a commander of the Nahba force - the commando unit of Hamas, who led the terrorist attack of the Hamas organization in the communities of the Gaza envelope last Shabbat.

According to the IDF, Israeli flight assets, acting on the intelligence provided by the Shin Bet and the intelligence, eliminated Ali Khati, the commander of Hamas' Nukhba unit, who led the recent terrorist attack on communities in the Gaza periphery. In 2005, Ali was arrested in connection with the kidnapping and murder of Israelis and was later released as part of the Gilad Shalit prisoner exchange deal.
