During a disturbance in East Jerusalem, Border Police fighters neutralized a local resident terrorist after he threw a Molotov cocktail at the fighters

The Border Police fighters neutralized a terrorist resident of East Jerusalem this evening (Monday) after he threw a Molotov cocktail at the fighters.

The police report that a short while ago, during a violent disturbance in Issawiya that included direct shooting with fireworks and throwing Molotov cocktails at Border Police officers, a resident from East Jerusalem threw a Molotov cocktail at Jerusalem Border Police and police officers from the East Jerusalem district who were operating at the scene, endangering them.

In response, Border Police officers fired at the suspect, neutralizing him. The suspect is now receiving medical treatment.

As reported, a short while ago, terrorists entered the settlement of Einav in the Samaria region. Gunfire was heard directed towards the settlement, with no casualties reported. IDF soldiers are conducting searches for the terrorists.
