Defense Minister Gallant at the signing ceremony for the document to implement the sale of the Arrow 3 system in the German Ministry of Defense: "80 years since World War II, Israel and Germany are joining hands to build a safer future for both nations."

Minister Gallant referred to the sanctions imposed on Iran in his remarks, expected to expire next month, and cautioned: "The Iranian regime, which kills innocent civilians worldwide, is just the tip of the iceberg. If the sanctions on Iran expire in a month, Iran will have the freedom to develop advanced missiles, all while racing to acquire military nuclear weapons. In the face of Iranian aggression, it is incumbent upon the international community to take meaningful actions."
