In front of Ben-Gvir: Left-wing protest movements announced today (Tuesday) that this coming Thursday they will hold a gathering at Dizengoff Square, stating that it is a "prayer for democracy and unity of Israel."

The prayer will be organized by protest movements, including the Kaplan Power, Bonot Alternativa, and LGBTQ+ community organizations. According to the organizers: "Especially on days when the Prime Minister and his ministers are trying to saturate the public discourse with poison and hatred, we choose to unite under the values of equality and freedom that connect us all. The efforts of zealots and extremists will not succeed in tearing apart Israel. We invite the wider public, women and men, LGBTQ+ individuals and straight individuals, from all religious backgrounds, to join the event in support of democracy and unity of Israel."

As previously mentioned, last night (Monday), Minister Ben-Gvir announced that in response to the violent attack carried out by left-wing activists against the worshippers at Dizengoff Square, he will arrive at the scene this coming Thursday and hold a mass evening prayer there.

In the statement he released, he wrote: "On Yom Kippur, we witnessed haters who are trying to drive Judaism out of the public space. Israel is a Jewish country! And democratic. This Thursday, I will hold an evening prayer at the square, and the public is invited!"
