IDF forces were operating this evening (Tuesday) in the Jenin refugee camp, when an IDF drone of the Maoz type attacked in the camp.

According to reports in the Palestinian media, there was a heavy exchange of fire after the forces surrounded a building, where a wanted terrorist was hiding. Later, the Palestinian Ministry of Health claimed that 4 people were killed and 20 others were injured in the incident. At this stage, no injuries were reported to the Israeli forces.

It was also reported that an IDF vehicle ran over a load during the exit from the refugee camp and got stuck. Forces are now working to rescue the vehicle, while no injuries were reported in the incident.

This is the third activity of the security forces in the refugee camp in the last month, after several months of silence following the "Home and Garden" operation. In the previous activity recorded two weeks ago, Muhammad Ibrahim Eid Ngangia, a Tanzim activist who assisted in the execution of a number of shooting attacks in Judea and Samaria in recent times, was arrested.

Two days before, it was reported that the security forces arrested 3 Hamas operatives in the Jenin refugee camp, including a senior member of the terrorist organization. During the operation, the fighters confiscated an M16 weapon that belonged to one of the arrested activists.

It was also reported that one of the activists arrested is Abdullah Hassan Muhammad Tzubach, a resident of Burqin, a Hamas operative who participated in a series of shooting attacks, bomb attacks, car bombs and shooting intents on a steep route. Another activist who was arrested is Wared Ashrif, originally from Jenin, identified with Hamas and was involved in shooting attacks and other terrorist activity with Abdullah Zubach and others. Another wanted person who was arrested is Moatzem Jaaitza.
