After last night (Tuesday), it was announced that the USA had transferred weapons, military vehicles, and military equipment to the Palestinian Authority, now the scope of the equipment that passed with the approval of the Israeli government has been revealed.

According to a publication by Doron Kadosh in GL"Z, the shipment included about 1,500 weapons, including M-16 rifles, laser pointers and Kalashnikov rifles. It was also reported that the Palestinian Authority requested this equipment a year ago, but then Israel refused, What apparently changed Israel's position is the conferences held this year in Jordan, with the participation of senior Israeli and Palestinian officials.

The huge shipment that armed the Palestinian Authority, left the US bases in Jordan, and passed through the Allenby crossing with Israeli approval and coordination, with the Coordinator of Government Activities in The Territories.

According to the report, Israel placed several conditions on the Palestinian Authority for approving the shipment, in which it would only be used against the terrorist activities of Hamas and Islamic Jihad and not against criminal offenders. Also, in Israel they are considering taking a number of similar steps that will benefit the Palestinian Authority if they succeed in bringing about achievements against terrorism.
