The Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben-Gvir, responds to the possibility of reaching consensus on the legislation: "I am in favor of dialogue, but against surrender."

"The reform is important for the State of Israel; it will balance between the three branches of government - the legislative, the executive, and the judicial. Submission at the President's Residence means belittling more than half of the people.

"Submission at the President's Residence undermines right-wing values. Otzma Yehudit will not lend a hand to such surrendering. I call on my colleagues in the coalition leadership, raise your voices, let's stand against the submission."
