The Minister of Environmental Protection, Idit Silman, refers to the growing tensions between the coalition members and the legal advisor to the government, and says that during the Bennett-Lapid government, the legal advisor was not so dominant.

In an interview with Kan Channel 2, Silman said: "During the time of Bennett and Lapid, I did not know the legal advisor. I don't remember that there was such a big involvement of her in everything."

Silman then criticized Baharav-Miara, saying: "She may be an advisor to the protest, sinning in her position, not representing the government, and submitting opinions that are harsher than the petitioners."

Regarding the storm that arose around her intention to establish separate swimming in the springs, Silman said: "Many of the activities of the Nature and Parks Authority are on the weekends, when many traditionalists cannot come. We offered an answer, to separate hours in the springs. We took two small springs, after their operating hours, and the legal advisor said "no way".
