MK Simcha Rothman in response to Judge Vogelman's decision to reject the disqualification request stated that:

The President of the Supreme Court and the Vice President ask that you believe whoever said about the reform "As soon as the presented change plan is realized, the year 1975 will be remembered as the year in which the democratic identity of the country suffered a fatal injury", can discuss it as a judge, without bias and the appearance of bias.

The things that the judge said about Hayut's words about the probable cause law that they "do not express a prior position" is an injury to intelligence,

He further adds, "One day the State of Israel will have a high Supreme Court of Justice, which judges according to the law and respects the public, and also the public's intelligence. We will continue to work so that this day will come."
