A door was closed on the hand of an 8-year-old boy in one of the settlements in Mount Hebron. He was taken to Shaare Zedek Hospital with a fear of amputation and his condition is classified as moderate

The last days of the summer vacation. A difficult injury of an 8-year-old boy from one of the settlements in Mount Hebron, who was evacuated with a fear of amputation following a door being closed on his hand.

The MDA stated: "At 08:15 a report was received at MDA's 101 hotline in the Negev region about a child who was injured by a door that closed on his hand in a settlement in the Mount Hebron Regional Council. MDA medics and paramedics provided medical treatment and evacuated the child to Shaare Zedek Hospital. 8-year-old in moderate condition with an injury to his hand."
