The security forces arrested 16 wanted persons throughout Judea and Samaria last night (between Sunday and Monday).

According to a statement from the IDF spokesman, ten wanted persons were arrested during an operation by the forces in the villages of Tarkomia, Arora, Balata and Bitot, in the city of Hebron and in the refugee camp in Balata. Also, in the village of Arora, a Carlo type weapon was found and confiscated.

In another activity in the Balata refugee camp, gunshots were heard in the area and in an activity in the village of Balata, suspects threw stones at the forces. In addition, an airsoft gun was found in the village of Beitot and in Hebron, weapons were confiscated.

In the city of Bethlehem, in the village of Abu Dis, in the village of Beit Rima and in the Al-Aida refugee camp, about six wanted persons were caught while rioting Arabs threw stones at the soldiers. In the village of Abu Dis, an army vehicle was slightly damaged due to stone throwing. The wanted persons were transferred for further investigation and the weapons were confiscated, there are no casualties among the soldiers.
