Following the arrival of Rabbi Zvi Kostiner at a demonstration against the conditions of Amiram Ben Oliel's imprisonment, Labor Party Chairman Merav Michaeli calls on Defense Minister Yoav Gallant to cancel the arrangement the state has with the Mitzpe Ramon Yeshiva headed by Rabbi Kostiner.

Michaeli shared a photo of Rabbi Kostiner at the demonstration, and wrote: "A senior rabbi from religious Zionism calls for the release of the terrorist who murdered the members of the Dawabsheh family. This is what the supporters of Jewish terrorism look like."

Michaeli added: "The head of the hesder yeshiva in Mitzpe Ramon. An inciting man full of poison who has previously called on his students to refuse to serve with women in the IDF. Works against LGBT and the pride parades in the city. A person whose institution is funded by the State of Israel."

"I call on the Minister of Defense to negate the arrangement of the Yeshiva with the IDF, as long as he is at the head of it. The State of Israel and the IDF cannot do business with supporters of terrorism."
