During last night: 13 wanted persons were arrested in Judea and Samaria

During last night, the IDF forces arrested 13 wanted persons throughout Judea and Samaria, 6 of them in Kafr Burkin and 6 more in Kafr Beit Omer. Among those arrested was a senior member of the Islamic Jihad

The soldiers of the IDF, the General Security Agency and the Special Forces operated last night to arrest 13 wanted persons throughout Judea and Samaria. The arrested wanted persons were transferred for further investigation by the security forces, and no injuries were reported among the soldiers.

According to a statement from the IDF spokesperson, the forces arrested six wanted persons in Kafr Burkin in the Jenin region, among them a senior member of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorist organization. At the same time, in a brigade operation to counter terrorism in the village of Beit Omer in Etzion, six wanted persons suspected of involvement in terrorist activities were arrested.

It was also said that the forces located and confiscated weapons, ammunition and military equipment in an operation in the villages of Kalax and Yata. Also, a wanted person was arrested in Kafr Kablan and weapon parts and ammunition were confiscated.
