Declining border crossings since Trump returned, we like to see it

Homeland Security launches multimillion dollar self-deportation ad campaign in push for border control

In a bold move to curb illegal immigration, Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem has launched a multimillion-dollar ad campaign urging illegal aliens to self-deport from the United States.

This aggressive advertising initiative comes at a time when illegal border crossings have significantly dropped, and Noem's message is clear: leave voluntarily or face deportation with no chance of reentry.

The ad campaign, which will be aired on various platforms such as radio, television, and digital media, aims to reach illegal immigrants both within the U.S. and internationally. It has been designed to broadcast in multiple languages to ensure its message is widely understood. The core of the campaign is a stern warning to criminals considering crossing into the U.S., stating, "Don’t even think about it." Secretary Noem has made it abundantly clear that the administration will not tolerate lawbreakers. "If you come to our country and break our laws, we will hunt you down. Criminals are not welcome in the United States," she said, reinforcing the government's commitment to stricter immigration enforcement.

This campaign comes amid a dramatic reduction in the number of illegal border crossings. Tom Homan, the Border Czar, reported that in the past 24 hours, U.S. Border Patrol agents encountered just 229 individuals, a stark contrast to the 11,000 daily crossings observed during the previous administration. Homan attributed this success to President Trump’s unwavering commitment to securing the southern border. "President Trump promised a secure border, and he is delivering," Homan stated, underscoring the effectiveness of the current administration's immigration policies.

Noem's campaign represents a significant step in the administration's broader efforts to strengthen immigration enforcement and deter illegal entry into the U.S. By targeting both domestic and international audiences, the campaign aims to create a clear deterrent to those considering unlawful immigration to the U.S.
