Three Israelis are trapped on Mount Hakuba in Japan, Suffering Hypothermia
Three Israeli snowboarders are stranded on Mount Hakuba in Japan, enduring severe cold and suffering from hypothermia, according to local police. Due to adverse weather conditions, rescue efforts cannot proceed until the morning.

The group, who have been stuck for several hours, is equipped with a mobile phone, but authorities fear for their safety as they remain on the mountain overnight. Israel’s Foreign Ministry confirmed that both the Department for Israelis Abroad and the Israeli Embassy in Tokyo are making significant efforts to assist the trapped individuals.
"The Israeli Embassy in Tokyo, under the leadership of Ambassador Gilad Cohen, is collaborating with Japanese authorities and local police at the highest levels to secure help," the Foreign Ministry stated. "Consul Israel Avinoam has traveled to the area where the incident occurred, and the Magnus rescue company is working to evacuate them. We will continue our efforts to bring the Israelis to safety."
The Foreign Ministry reassured the public that all necessary steps are being taken to address the situation and ensure the safe rescue of the young snowboarders.
