Three weeks since three girls were killed and ten others wounded in a stabbing incident at a Taylor Swift song dance club in the city of Southport in England, the American singer and songwriter who is performing these days in London met with some of the fans who were injured in the incident.
In a video posted on Tiktok by Sammy Foster, the mother of one of the girls who met with Swift, the pop star is seen with two of the girls, with the hand of one of them bandaged. "You painted stars around our scars," read the post accompanying the video, a quote from Swift's song Cardigan.
"A big thank you to Taylor Swift and her mother who made this evening magical for us. Thank you for bringing us back the pure joy last night and forever."
The meeting in question took place at Wembley Stadium, where Swift is performing as part of her international tour. It should be noted that it is not known how many families of girls injured in the stabbing incident Swift met with, although it is known that the Foster family was not the only one. Swift herself has yet to publicly address the meeting herself.
