Politico reports that despite agreeing to step down from the race, Biden is angered by former President Barack Obama, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and others after feeling they applied undue pressure for him to exit the election.

According to Politico, Biden has been particularly frustrated in recent weeks. He feels that former President Obama, former Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer acted inappropriately in their efforts to persuade him to withdraw from the race.

Biden's associates claim that the three played a key role in his decision to withdraw, exerting what they describe as "enormous pressure." It has been reported by several journalists and news outlets that Biden received a call from the trio a few weeks ago, during which the Democratic leaders reportedly threatened to publicly call for his withdrawal and even suggested the use of the 25th Amendment (which allows for the removal of a president due to health incapacity).
