POLITICO: Moscow promises "tough response" to Ukrainian incursion into Kursk area

The Russian Foreign Ministry said that a "tough response from the Russian Armed Forces" will be not long in coming for Ukraine's raid into Russian territory.

The Russian Foreign Ministry promised today (Sunday) that "A tough response from the Russian Armed Forces will not be long in coming" for the Ukrainian incursion into Russian territory near the city of Kursk, according to POLITICO Europe.

After maintaining silence on the incursion for a few days, Ukrainian President Volodomyr Zelenskyy acknowledged the attack in a statement to the nation Saturday night.
