Speaking at the Christians United for Israel summit, Senator Lindsey Graham promised attendees that “Not one dime of your money is going to UNWRA [the U.N. Relief and Works Agency] as long as I’m in the U.S. Senate.”

His vow comes in the wake of the Senate Appropriations Committee’s recent vote to extend the freeze on UNRWA funding, an agency accused of connections with Hamas and those behind the October 7 attacks.

During his keynote at CUFI’s “Night to Honor Israel,” Graham outlined his plans to challenge Iran more aggressively. He intends to propose legislation that would impose tariffs on products from countries buying Iranian oil and to seek authorization for military action to thwart Iran’s nuclear ambitions. “I am tired of just sitting on the sidelines,” Graham said, advocating for strong support for Israel and the U.S.

Graham, addressing the crowd of over 1,000 evangelical Christians, asserted that “God blesses those who bless Israel.” Dr. Miriam Adelson, also a speaker, drew a chilling parallel between the recent Hamas atrocities and the horrors of the Holocaust, denouncing Western indifference and anti-Israel demonstrations.
