US Elections 2024, Trump, Joe Biden, Presidential race

Breaking: Biden Drops Out of U.S. Presidential Race

President of the United States, Joe Biden, announced this evening (Sunday) that he will withdraw from the race for the U.S. presidency against Donald Trump, just three months before the elections scheduled for November.

Biden explains in his resignation letter that he believes it is for the good of the country and the party. He clarifies that he is stepping down from his candidacy for the presidency and will focus on fulfilling his commitments as president during the remainder of his term. He is expected to deliver a national address later this week about his decision.

The Democratic Party candidate, who previously served as Vice President under Barack Obama, will likely be replaced by his deputy, Kamala Harris.

It should be noted that since the presidential debate began, calls for Biden's retirement from the race against Trump have been growing louder. In his appearances, he appeared confused, forgot many details, and generally had a very weak performance. Despite the pressures, he has held his ground until now, but tonight he announced his retirement as mentioned.
