Report: An Israeli model was arrested in Brazil for drug possession

An Israeli model, a resident of Jerusalem, was arrested in Rio de Janeiro by the local police, after 4 kg of cocaine was found in her suitcase.

The Israeli model Jenny Mack was recently arrested by the Brazilian police, after 4 kg of cocaine were found in her suitcase - which she allegedly intended to smuggle to Israel.

24-year-old Mack, a resident of Jerusalem, came to Rio de Janeiro following a job offer. On her way back to Israel, she was arrested by local police officers along with another girl who shared the taxi with her to the airport. In a search conducted by the police, an amount of 4 kg of cocaine was found, worth about two million shekels. Her family members said in interviews to media outlets in Israel that "they suspect that she was framed and placed the bag of drugs on her."
