Geert Wilders to 'Jerusalem Post':  Unchecked mass immigration and inadequate integration foster anti-Semitism

Geert Wilders, the founder and leader of the Dutch Party for Freedom(PVV), emphasized in an interview with The Jerusalem Post on Wednesday that political leaders must halt open border mass immigration and reverse cultural relativist policies to combat rising anti-Semitism in the Netherlands and Europe. He also reiterated his steadfast support for Israel, rooted in the defense of Western values.

Wilders pointed out that rising anti-Semitism in Europe can be traced back to "mass immigration policy and open borders policy." He emphasized that these policies were exacerbated by cultural relativism, which he described as a major societal failing. This perspective, he argued, shields cultures from scrutiny by deeming all cultural practices equally valid, regardless of their impact.

“If we always open our borders, we never ask people to fully integrate into society, they [immigrants] would not talk our language and they will treat women or Jews or homosexuals or others in a way that we would not accept,” said Wilders. “We closed our eyes and we looked in a different direction.”
