Keir Starmer, the British Labour leader, condemned Conservative attacks over his remarks about not working after 6:00 p.m. on Fridays to spend time with his family, Arutz 7 reported.

Starmer noted that his wife, Victoria, is Jewish, and they observe Shabbat dinners on Friday nights. The criticism came from senior Conservatives following his comments on maintaining family time if he becomes Prime Minister.

Speaking to Virgin Radio, Starmer said, “We’ve had a strategy to prioritize family time for years. On Fridays, I refrain from work-related activities after 6 o’clock, except for a few exceptions.”
