Reuters reports today (Wednesday) that 25 lawmakers from the Democratic Party believe that President Biden, who is running against Republican Donald Trump in the current campaign, should withdraw immediately from the presidential race, and are expected to inform him of this in the coming days.

The news agency also reports on a survey according to which 1 in 3 Democratic voters in the United States believes that Biden should retire.

Yesterday, Biden referred to his weak performance in his debate with Trump, shortly after the White House press conference. There he stated that he does not intend to retire nor undergo a cognitive test.
