It appears the UN still has more hole to dig, with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres arriving special to the Iranian office in the UN to write a eulogy to recently deceased President Ebrahim Raisi.

Raisi, known as the "butcher of Tehran" or the "hangman of Tehran," headed the Iranian revolutionary legal system which executed thousands of regime opponents. He also used his leadership position within the country to help fund terrorism around the world and in the Middle East in particular.

In addition to this personal act of condolence, the UN plans a special ceremony this week in memory of the Iranian President, who was killed in a helicopter crash.
