Following the ICC's decision to impose an arrest warrants against Prime Minister Netanyahu, Defense Minister Gallant and Hamas leaders, Norway's Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide announced today (Tuesday) that his country will arrest Netanyahu if he comes for a visit.
The International Court of Justice seeks to issue warrants against two other senior leaders of Hamas - the leader of its military wing, Muhammad Deif, and Ismail Haniyeh, the head of its political bureau.
The charges against Netanyahu include "causing extermination, causing starvation as a method of war, denying the supply of humanitarian aid, and intentionally harming civilians in the conflict" while charges against Sinwar, Haniyeh and Deif include "destruction, murder, hostage-taking, rape and sexual assault."
