At least 143 people were murdered and hundreds injured in a mass attack at the Crocus City Hall near Moscow Friday night. ISIS accepted responsibility for the attack. According to media reports, four terrorists in camouflage uniforms entered a concert hall and opened fire, while throwing Molotov cocktails into the crowd.

At noon, President Vladimir Putin informed viewers that all the terrorists from shooting attack had been arrested. "They tried to hide and moved towards Ukraine, where, according to preliminary data, a window was prepared for them on the Ukrainian side to cross the border," said Putin, comparing the terrorists to Nazis.

ISIS published pictures of the four terrorists: "Three shot people, the fourth set the hall on fire." The Russian president also announced a national day of mourning scheduled for tomorrow.

Ukraine, for its part, denied any connection to the attack. "Of course, Ukraine had nothing to do with it," said spokesperson for the country's Intelligence service Andrii Yusov on local TV.

Israel's Foreign Minister Israel Katz wrote on his X (formerly Twitter) account: "Saddened by the tragic events of the evening in Moscow. Our hearts go out to the families of the victims and to all those affected. Such moments remind us of the fragility of life and the common humanity that binds us all."
