Four Killed in Iraq Air Strike

Iraqi media outlets report a vehicle that was struck from the air, with the four inside killed. US officials confirmed to VOA News that the air strike was American, involving a "high value individual."

Arab media outlets reported this evening (Wednesday) that a vehicle was struck in the Iraqi capital of Baghdad, killing four people.

The car was suspected to contain senior members of pro-Iranian Iraqi militias.

A US official speaking to VOA confirmed that this was an American air strike against a "high value target."
