A dramatic survey conducted by the American polling company Harris in conjunction with the elite Harvard College found that 51% of Americans aged 18-24 believe that Israel should be dismantled as a Jewish state, and be handed over "to Hamas and the Palestinians."

A survey conducted last week among the American public found that the younger generation of the United States differs dramatically in its perceptions of Israel from the generations that preceded it. According to the results of the survey, the American generation Z shows a complete distaste for the State of Israel and believes that it should be completely dismantled.

According to the survey data conducted in recent days, an absolute majority of those aged 18-24 believe that Israel should not continue to exist at all and that it should be handed over to Hamas, and other Palestinian factions. This is a complete deviation from the positions presented by the American public until now, when in previous generations a few percent supported such radical ideas, while among those aged 65 and up only 4 percent held a similar position.

Another alarming statistic known about Generation Z is that when asked as part of the survey whether they believe that Hamas committed war crimes and raped women as part of the October massacre, about a quarter of the respondents, 24%, stated that they did not believe that Hamas committed such acts.

In contrast to the exceptional Generation Z, the rest of the age groups that were asked mostly preferred the end of the conflict through a two-state solution, it is important to remember in this context that Generation Z is the numerically smallest generation in the history of the United States and therefore its extreme positions on the subject should not be an influencing factor American politics in the foreseeable future.

Amazing how misguided the American youth are about what is going on in Israel and the area.
