The Qatari Foreign Ministry published a statement announcing that according to present agreements, the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas will start tomorrow (Friday) at 07:00, and that the first wave of hostages will be freed in the afternoon at 16:00.
According to the Qatari Foreign Ministry, the agreement between Israel and Hamas is now official, and the ceasefire between Israel and the Hamas terror organization is set to start at 07:00, while Israel will receive the first wave of captives to be freed as part of the deal at 16:00 that day.
According to assessments, the first wave will include a number of women and children.
The Qatari Foreign Ministry also stated that during the four days of ceasefire, information will be collected on the remaining hostages, and that Qatar hopes “to introduce the largest amount of aid during the ceasefire” and hope that it will be extended.
The Qatari announcement comes after a night of tense contacts with Hamas taking a step away from closing the deal, but now it seems they have official signed it. Whether they follow the deal in full remains to be seen.
