Children around the world are uniting in a new petition calling on political leaders to work to free the 38 Israeli children held captive in Gaza since the Simchat Torah Massacre of October 7.

The new petition, an initiative of Noam Semel and Dana Dvorin, was publicized throughout the world in a variety of languages including Hebrew, English, Russian, French, Spanish, and Arabic, securing thousands of signatures on the first day. The goal is to get a million signatures from children and youth in Israel and around the world.

After achieving this goal, the petition will be sent to leaders around the world: the American president, the Pope, the UN Secretary-General, the President of Egypt, the Ruler of Qatar, the Saudi Crown Prince, and the President of Israel who have the responsibility, obligation, and power to help free the hostages.

Israeli comic Yaniv Biton and children’s star Tal Mosari enlisted to help spread the word about the petition, calling on children to sign it.
