The Arab media reports that the airport in Halab was attacked again today, for the fourth time since the beginning of the war.

According to the state news agencies, two missiles were fired at the eastern runways of the airport.

As mentioned, this is the fourth time the airport has been attacked. The first attack occurred in the early days of the war, at a time when Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Abdollahian was on his way from Iran to Damascus. Israel targeted the Damascus airport, forcing the Iranian official to turn back. After a short time, when the airport in Halab was repaired, Israel also targeted the second airport of significance in Syria, and Abdollahian was forced to land in Beirut.

Yesterday, the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) struck targets in southern Syria in response to rocket fire towards southern Golan Heights. At least 11 Syrian soldiers were killed in the attack.
