The UN General Assembly is set to vote on and likely pass a Norwegian resolution tomorrow (Thursday) to ask the Hague for an Advisory Opinion on Israel's decision to ban UNRWA from Israel and any association with government bodies, according to Ynet.

Israel's decision to ban UNRWA and all contact with it came in the wake of October 7th, when investigations revealed a small number of UNRWA employees actively participated in the massacre and that thousands of other UNRWA employees had direct terror affiliations. Some even actively fought the IDF in the subsequent war.

The IDF also found that Hamas made massive use of UNRWA infrastructure and equipment to run terror operations or to use as terror bases.

Despite a massive lobbying campaign by pro-UNRWA western countries, the Knesset passed a law banning UNRWA from operating on Israeli territory or in working with any government body - including the security organizations responsible for coordinating the delivery of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.
