The harassment, which includes constant threats, the spread of prohibited publications, and public calls for harm to her and her family, led Netanyahu to seek legal protection.

In the request submitted to the court, Sara Netanyahu’s lawyer, Uriel Nizri, described a pattern of obsessive and aggressive behavior on the part of Rozilio and Misgav. According to the petition, Rozilio, who collaborates closely with Misgav, confirmed that she had been tracking Netanyahu's movements unlawfully, with the stated intention of harming her and her family. Rozilio's actions are described as part of a larger effort to incite the public with false, harmful accusations.

Nizri further explained the actions of Misgav, accusing him of obsessively publishing derogatory materials about Netanyahu and her family. Misgav is also said to have engaged in illegal surveillance of Netanyahu, specifically monitoring her movements and publicly revealing her location after such actions. Nizri argued that this conduct went far beyond the acceptable limits of public scrutiny and was deeply invasive.

Nizri clarified that Misgav, who presents himself as a journalist, is, in reality, a radical political activist using the guise of journalism to cover up his real intentions. He described Misgav as one of the most dangerous types of political activists, someone willing to go to extreme lengths to harm Netanyahu and her family. According to Nizri, the harassment is not only illegal but also obsessive, crossing the line of what should be protected under the right to public knowledge.

The petition included numerous examples of how Rozilio and Misgav described Netanyahu's whereabouts, breaking down her location by time and specific places. Nizri emphasized that such behavior was not just an issue of public interest but an example of harassment that exceeded the limits of acceptable behavior, thus warranting legal action.

This case highlights the ongoing tensions in Israeli politics and the personal toll political activism can take on public figures and their families. The restraining order, if granted, would be a legal attempt to put an end to the harassment and protect Netanyahu from further harm.
