Houthis being used as Iran's puppets
Bombshell report reveals Iran’s Supreme Leader personally directing deadly Houthi attacks
A bombshell report reveals that Iran's Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, is directly orchestrating the Houthi maritime terror campaign against US and Israeli interests in the Red Sea.

According to an intelligence report obtained by the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), Khamenei is not only providing arms and financial support to the Houthis but is also personally directing their operations.
The report, based on intelligence from sources embedded within the Iranian regime, highlights Khamenei's direct involvement in the Houthis' attacks. It reveals that the Iranian leader has specifically emphasized the importance of these maritime assaults and the necessity of supplying the Houthis with weapons and equipment through Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). This move is seen as a desperate attempt by Tehran to maintain influence in the region after suffering significant setbacks across the Middle East.
In recent years, Iran has faced devastating losses, with Israeli forces successfully undermining key elements of its "Axis of Resistance." Hamas is retreating, Hezbollah has been severely weakened, and Assad’s regime in Syria has been marginalized. In response to these losses, Khamenei has tasked Brigadier General Abdolreza Shahlai, a senior commander in the IRGC, with overseeing all aspects of the Houthi campaign in Yemen, including military, political, and economic matters. Shahlai, who has close ties to Qassem Soleimani, the slain commander of Iran's Quds Force, is believed to be directing the Houthis’ military operations.
The report also uncovered troubling details about the role of Iran’s embassy in Sana’a, Yemen. It suggests that the embassy functions primarily as a forward operating base for the IRGC’s Quds Force, further cementing Iran’s role in destabilizing the region.
Ali Safavi, the NCRI’s Foreign Affairs Director, stated, "The mullahs’ regime is the root cause of war and instability in the region, sustained through repression at home and the export of terrorism abroad. The solution lies in the regime's overthrow by the Iranian people." Safavi called for a decisive international response to Iran, including recognizing the legitimacy of the Iranian resistance and applying pressure on the Iranian regime through the United Nations.
This report sheds new light on Iran’s continued attempts to fuel instability in the region, using proxy forces like the Houthis to further its strategic interests.
